I have had scoliosis for my entire life of 57 years, and have been under chiropractic care for over 17 years. During this time I was receiving temporary relief. Also the length of my legs were uneven and one shoulder high than the other.   After three months of seeing Dr. Lim for my care and starting the atlas orthogonal treatment, my legs and shoulders are practically even. The most significant thing is that the pain in my lower back that I have suffered ever since I can remember is no longer there. I feel physically the best and more energetic than before.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for your chiropractic care. Even though I am a new patient, I am already experiencing many results. THANKS!!   During my teenage years, I was diagnosed with Reiter's Syndrome, a form of genetic juvenile arthritis. I have undergone many medical procedures including surgery, taking a regime of heavy medications (Methyltrexate, Voltarin, Sulfasalazine, and Prednesone), and rehabilitation therapy. These approaches did not work for me in the long-term as the cycle of my infliction worsened. I was neither satisfied with the harsh side effects of prescription drugs nor the risks associated with surgeries. Chiropractic treatment has offered me an alternative solution. I now have a new outlook of what healthcare can be. I am enjoying a greater range of motion, and less pain and stiffness in my joints. With your assistance and my commitment to your treatment plan, I feel more confident that my health will continue to impove. I started a program of regular adjustments at Dr. Lim's office in June of 1999. I has experienced chronic headaches for a number of years prior to this.  Earaches, blurred vision and difficulty chewing were also frequent problems. Other chiropractic treatments had provided effective relief but did not result in lasting changes.  I was impressed by Dr.Lim's focused and systematic approach.  Over the last four months, with regular orthogonal adjustments, I have experienced consistent and remarkable improvement.  Not only have the headaches greatly diminished but my posture and mobility are also much better.  I no longer have to buy large bottles of asprine every month. I'm constantly surprised by the wide ranging postive health effects of the adjustments. I look forward to contuined improvements under Dr. Lim's program.  For many years I suffered with night time headaches. I rarely slept through the night without awaking with a severe headache. The only way to get any rest at all was to take pain medicine and then that would keep me from sleeping. After so many years, I thought the headaches would not go away and I would just have to live with them.    I started seeing Dr. Lim for leg and back pain. I told her about my headaches and she took great interest in helping me with this problem, as well as the others.    I am happy to say that my back and legs are much better and my headaches have disappeared. I would like to express my appreciation for your wonderful care! I have had problems with allergies my entire life and have been on daily medication.  As I am getting older my allergies have worsened. After a short period of time under Dr. Lim's care, I am almost "allergy free". It is hard to believe! I no longer am dependent on alleregy medication which makes me tired everyday. I have more energy, feel great and I am able to do so much more than I ever imagined.

      When I started seeing Dr. Krakos I was having problems
with my lower back and shoulder area.  I expected to get some relief
from the lower back, but the shoulder area was a twenty year problem
and nothing had worked to relieve it.  I also had hip problems that I
attributed to arthritis.  Imagine my surprise when the hip pain was
suddenly gone.  My lower back pain was relieved and the shoulder
pain, though it took longer, was gone.  It's been about eight years
since my first visit to Dr. Krakos.  In that period of time, I have
not had any illness at all.  My visits to a medical doctor are
limited to annual physicals.  At 74, I find that amazing.  I was
taking ibuprophen at the rate of 16 to 20 a day for 'arthritis' pain.
  I no longer take it at all.  I still drive a school bus, and, after
three hours of sitting in one position on the bus, get up and walk
with no hip pain.  I highly recommend both Dr. Krakos and Dr. Lim.
